Lease Process for Vendor

Step 1:  Lease Quote:

Utilize our Instant Online Payment Calculator to get a general monthly payment for your customer or contact your LeaseStation leasing consultant to provide one for you.

Step 2:  Credit Review:

Once you or your customer has submitted an online credit application, we will review and provide a decision instantly on deals up to $25K and within a couple hours on deals over $25K

Step 3:  Documentation:

Upon credit approval lease documents will be created and submitted to either you or your customer directly.  Upon receipt of signed lease documents, a purchase order will be issued to you and a final invoice requested.

Step 4:  Delivery & Acceptance:

Once you have submitted your final invoice, we will obtain verbal confirmation from your customer that the equipment has been delivered and is in working order.

Step 5: Payment:

Upon completion of the verbal confirmation, full payment will be made to you via check or ACH within 24 hours, and the lease agreement will be initiated with your customer.
