Tim Crown is the co-founder (along with his brother Eric) and Chairman of the Board of Insight Enterprises, Inc (NSIT), an IT solutions company with revenue in 2010 of 4.8BB and operations in over 26 countries around the world. Tim Crown, with his brother Eric, are early stage investors in company’s whose goal is to fundamentally change industries. In addition to LeaseStation, the Crown’s have also founded/funded other companies such as Avai.com, Armorworks.com, Stormwind.com, TrueCloud.com and Redcatracing.com along with over a dozen other companies in a variety of industries. Tim and Eric have both the practical hands on experience in running small, medium and large businesses and the strategic experience in growing businesses from start up to success. |

Robert D. Parker, is a versatile professional with a big picture vision who drives business development and revenue growth. Over twenty five years of progressive responsibility in the lease and finance industry. Seven years of Chief Executive Officer Experience in fast growing personally founded companies. Before co-founding LeaseStation, Mr. Parker was Senior Vice President of Insight Global Finance. He founded and developed the Insight Global Finance (IGF) group in 2001. The IGF group specializes in lease/loan end-user financing and Asset disposition (recovery, re marketing, and disposal). The group was profitable every month since inception under the direction of Mr. Parker. |

Rod St. Pierre has been involved in the IT industry for 40 years. Rod worked for Hewlett Packard in several capacities for 18 years. Before leaving HP he was responsible for national software support contracts. Prior to LeaseStation Rod was president of his own company providing software application solutions, business consulting, business process definitions & productivity improvements through technology to various companies and industries. Over the last 22 years he has been involved in the printing industry, the property management industry, the Consumer finance industry, and the business finance industry. |

Jim McCoy is a certified public accountant in Arizona and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona in 1978. From 1978 to 1986, Mr. McCoy was employed by Price Waterhouse, a predecessor to Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he was an audit manager from 1984 to 1986. From 1986 to 1995, Mr. McCoy was Chief Financial Officer of Big4 Restaurants Inc., a privately owned theme restaurant developer and operator. Mr. McCoy was employed by Insight Direct Worldwide, Inc., or one of its affiliates, from 1996 to 2006. Insight Direct Worldwide, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Insight Enterprises, Inc. (NSIT – NASDAQ). From 2000 to 2006 he was Senior Vice President of Finance for Insight Direct Worldwide, Inc. His responsibilities included all accounting, finance, banking, financial services (credit and collections), acquisition due diligence and internal financial reporting. During his tenure Insight grew from annual sales of $411 million to over $3.2 billion. |
